Roslyn Innocent is a bilingual French/English legal and business consultant providing specialist advice on art related issues.
Throughout her thirty year career as a qualified French avocat and English solicitor Roslyn practised in the UK and in France, and specialised in the law relating to the visual arts and cross border issues. She was Director of Artlaw Services, the UK’s advice and assistance organization, until 1984 when she was a founder and the first Director of the Design and Artists Copyright Society (DACS).
Together with Mark Stephens she founded Stephens Innocent, Europe’s first law firm specializing in art related issues. She currently specializes in intellectual property rights, and in artist’s estate planning and artistic estate management after death.
